Over the years, many of us are bombarded with "Ours is better!" or "We are the best", but nobody ever gives any documentation  or spec's to back that up. So here at the Crystal Cleaning Company LLC, we’ve decided to give you those specifications on our equipment and those of competitors so that you can make a intelligent choice.

Below is a basic table showing you our equipment and those of two competitors. These specs was taking from the manufactures website and is actuate to the best of our knowledge as of the date of this comparison 1 / 3 / 2011.

Most Garages Cement Floor can handle 5,000 psi.

Having the pressure any higher will damage the cement surface and expose the aggregate thus shorting the life of the cement. 10,000 psi High Pressure will remove any protecting coatings as well. Be careful !!!

220+ degrees with

loss of volume of water by

Only a portion ( 35% to 60% )

of the water energy is actually cleaning the cement.

Could etch or remove the surface of the cement with the thinner spray.

Our competitors bypass is needed to redirect up to 60% or more of the water back into the water tank so that a fraction of the water is heated. Reducing the volume of water through the boiler means higher temperatures. This option is mainly used for stainless steel hoods in kitchens... not cement. Contractors who do this usually etches the cement.

It also means a thinner spray that is produced at 3,500+ psi of which will etch or remove the surface of the cement.

Damaging the cement is NOT recommended !

By having a motor installed on the surface cleaner, you use 100% of the        pressure from the pressure washer for cleaning. By this method, you do not sacrifice pressure for the pushing off of the cement in order to rotate arms underneath the unit. By using pressure instead of a motor, you can lose up to 25% of cleaning pressure produced by the unit. By having a motor on the unit, you actually create pressure by having the nozzles "push into" the face, instead of, "pushing off", the surface in order for the bar underneath to turn.

You need a minimum of 6 GPMs when cleaning a garage. Any less could etch the coating of the surface and expose the aggregate.

RINSE OFF

the Residue left from the Detergent

YES ! Crystal Cleaning Company uses a 1 1/2 inch fire hose to rinse off the residue from the cleaning when supplied.

We also:

Walls and Columns !

  NO !

  NO !

To date, No Competitor is offering to rinse off the residue from the cleaning due to limitations on their filters. Most filters are rated for 14 gallons or less per minute. They are designed for drive Thru's or a walkway. Ours is 40+ GPM and is designed especially for GARAGE CLEANING.

As you know, all cleanings must meet EPA standards.

Most filters can not handle the excess water flow of 80 GPM created from a 1 1/2 inch fire hose.

The Crystal Cleaning Company's filter can meet that requirement while maintaining the requirements set forth by the EPA.
